At PuPla Cigars SRL, we work exclusively with natural products. As such, slight variations are part of the character of our cigars and do not constitute a defect in quality.
For reasons of hygiene and quality assurance, we do not accept returns of cigars.
Should you receive a product that clearly does not meet the promised standards, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. After prior agreement, items may be returned at your own expense, provided they are unused, in perfect condition, and in their original, unopened packaging.
General terms and conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers via our online store.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly commercial or self-employed in nature.
2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options
The purchase agreement is concluded with PuPla Cigars SRL.
The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalog.
You may place products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before placing a binding order, using the correction tools provided during the ordering process.
By clicking the “Order” button, you submit a binding offer. Confirmation of receipt follows immediately via email.
3. Contract Language & Storage
The contract can be concluded in German, English, or Spanish.
The contract text is not stored by us.
4. Delivery Conditions
Shipping costs are included in the stated product prices, unless otherwise noted in the offer.

Your credit card will be charged immediately after placing the order.
6. Right of Withdrawal

If your goods show visible transport damage, we kindly ask you to report it to the delivery personnel and notify us immediately.
This has no impact on your legal rights but helps us assert claims against the carrier or insurer.
9. Warranty and Guarantees
Statutory liability for defects applies.
No additional guarantees are granted unless explicitly stated.
10. Liability
We are fully liable in cases of:
• Injury to life, body, or health
• Intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty
• Promised guarantees (if agreed)
• Product liability as defined by law
All other claims for damages are excluded.
11. Youth Protection
If your order includes age-restricted goods, we ensure the legal age requirement is met through a secure verification process.
The goods will only be delivered personally and after age verification.
Delivery to parcel stations is not possible in such cases.

14. Technical Availability
The availability of the online store may be temporarily limited due to technical reasons or maintenance. We assume no liability for resulting damages.

16. Responsible Company and Order Fulfillment
The legal entity responsible for all transactions is PuPla Cigars SRL, as stated in section 12.
However, order processing, invoicing, sales handling, and international shipping are managed through our logistics partner HEYOOL LLC, based in Florida, USA, to ensure faster and more reliable global delivery.
