PuPla Cigars delivers products exclusively within the Dominican Republic.

1. Delivery Area

All deliveries are limited to addresses within the Dominican Republic.
Orders requesting international delivery will not be accepted.

2. Delivery Methods

Orders are delivered using one of the following options:

​

• FedEx

• UPS

• PuPla Cigars in-house courier service
   

The delivery method is selected by PuPla Cigars based on destination, order value, and logistical considerations.

3. Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
Due to limited production volumes, short delays may occur in exceptional cases.

4. Delivery Completion

Delivery is considered completed once the shipment has been successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer.

5. Responsibility for Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details.
PuPla Cigars is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Force Majeure

PuPla Cigars shall not be held responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, transportation disruptions, or carrier-related issues.
