Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the website Boutique of PuPla Cigars SRL within the Dominican Republic.

​

1. General Rule: No Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of handmade premium cigars, all sales are final.

There is no general right of withdrawal or return.

2. No Returns on Opened Products

Opened, smoked, or otherwise used cigars are not eligible for return or refund.

This policy is based on:
 

  • hygiene considerations

  • product safety

  • quality assurance standards
     

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If an order arrives damaged or defective, PuPla Cigars must be notified within 48 hours of delivery.

The customer is required to:
 

  • submit a written notice of the issue, and

  • provide clear photographic evidence of the product and packaging.
     

After review, PuPla Cigars will decide, at its sole discretion, whether to offer:
 

  • a replacement (subject to availability), or

  • a full or partial refund.
     

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in cases involving:
 

  • subjective taste or aroma preferences

  • natural variations in wrapper color or surface texture

  • normal aging or maturation processes of cigars

  • delivery delays beyond the reasonable control of PuPla Cigars

  • incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer
     

5. Discretionary Decisions

All refund or replacement decisions are made on a case-by-case basis and as a gesture of goodwill.

Such decisions do not establish any entitlement or precedent for future claims.
